This will be added to your brand profile under Brand Terms and Brand Rights usage for creators to agree too before applying to work with your campaigns. Normally, brands/agencies have 100% brand rights to any content generated by Creators. However, I recommend you ask for any legal advice on this for your own brand/agency.
