    13. Publicly Displayed Creator Portfolios

The following section describes how data is handled when a Creator chooses to publish a public portfolio on the UGC LATAM platform. These provisions supplement the general Privacy Policy above.

13.1 Scope of Publicly Viewable Data

If you choose to use our Creator Portfolio feature and toggle your settings to "Published," certain elements of your profile will become visible to the general public, non-registered users, and automated web crawlers (search engines).

To ensure your digital safety and prevent doxxing or identity risks, UGC LATAM will never display highly sensitive personal identification records or direct contact pipelines on a public-facing portfolio.

What we DISPLAY on a public portfolio:

Media samples (images and videos uploaded by you), aggregated social media statistics, general industry experience, language skills, location (Country/City), and Platform metrics (XP Points). This information mimics what is typically visible on a standard, public social media profile.

What we NEVER DISPLAY on a public portfolio:

Your personal email address, phone number, national identification document details (such as Cรฉdula de Ciudadanรญa, DNI, RFC, Passport numbers, etc.), home addresses, or private financial banking details.

    13.2 Brand Communication Pipeline

To protect your personal contact information (email/phone) from being harvested by spam bots or bad actors tracking public pages, all initial interactions, inquiries, and inbound brand deals initiated through the portfolio feature are handled securely through the UGC LATAM internal platform mechanisms or masked routing, unless you voluntarily choose to paste direct contact information inside a free-form "Bio" text field.

Disclaimer: If a Creator chooses to explicitly write their email address or phone number into their public text biography against our safety recommendations, UGC LATAM cannot be held responsible for the public exposure or indexing of that data.

    13.3 Managing Portfolio Visibility

You can change your portfolio status from "Published" to "Private" at any time through your account dashboard. Toggling your account to private immediately restricts public access via our URL ecosystem. Please note that while our system removes the page immediately, external search engine caches may take several days or weeks to purge the historical indexed snippet from their independent servers.
